Cairo previously picked up the Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, Import Player of the Year and voted to the First Team back in 2019.
He has totalled 16 games of 20 or more points on the year and had 30 or more points in 2 games.
Cairo recorded double-doubles in 18 games at the event.
His 37 points against San Salvador were the most he scored in the season.
Maximillion Bell, 26-year old Venezuelan guard from the Club de Baloncesto Cojute, was selected to the First Team of El Salvador.
He Is the Lane alumni from 2023.
Bell was also chosen to the Imports Team.
Among many awards he was selected to the Latinbasket Venezuelan SPB All-Rookie Team in 2023.
Xavier Zambrana, 34-year old Puerto Rican forward from the Santa Ana, was named to the First Team at the El Salvador.
He also earned a spot in the Imports Team.
Zambrana was previously named to Honorable Mention back in 2022 and voted to the First Team back in 2023 and 2024.
Among many awards he won the El Salvador Liga Mayor Clausura championship title in 2024.
He was selected as the Latinbasket All-Nicaraguan League Honorable Mention back in 2020.
Zambrana was also selected as the Nicaraguan LSB All-Star Game between 2019 and 2020.
