(2-3) to seventh ranked Santa Tecla (1-3) 76-73 on Tuesday evening. Santa Tecla looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Ecuadorian point guard Leyda Macias (165-1983) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. Guard Melany Sanchez (167-2004) contributed with 18 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Dominican swingman Yenifer Jimenez (163-1999) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for L.M.Mons.Santa Tecla left bottom position moving up to sixth place, which they share with Ahuachapan. L.M.Mons. at the other side keeps the fourth position with three games lost.

At the losing side Dominican swingman Yenifer Jimenez (163-1999) responded with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Metapan have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. L.M.Mons. at the other side keeps the fourth place with three games lost.
