Salvadorean Liga MB round 6 best performance: Kadeim Jones (by Hoops Agents)

American-Laos Guard Kadeim Jones (191-G-1999) had an amazing evening in the last round for Ahuachapan BC, receiving a Hoops Agents Liga MB Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 24 points and 15 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Santa Ana (#10, 0-6) with 26-point margin 101-75. Ahuachapan is placed at 8th position in Salvadorean Liga MB. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 4 games and recorded just one victory. Jones just recently signed at Ahuachapan, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former University of West Georgia star has very solid stats this year. Jones is in league's top in points (3rd best: 25.0ppg), rebounds (7th best: 10.8rpg) and averages impressive 3.8spg.

The second best player in last round's games was American Daylon Potts (196-G) of MC El Brasil Santa Ana. Potts had a very good evening with a double-double of 23 points and 26 rebounds. Bad luck as Santa Ana lost that game 75-101 to slightly higher-ranked Ahuachapan (#8, 1-4). Santa Ana are still at the very bottom. 6 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Potts is one of the most experienced players at Santa Ana and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.0ppg (#7). His other stats are also decent: 22.3rpg and 5.8apg. Former Simpson University star Potts is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Ahuachapan's star - Nigerian forward Destiny Chikwem-Stanley (203-F-1999). Chikwem-Stanley got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for eleven rebounds . He was another key player of Ahuachapan BC, helping his team with a 101-75 easy win against Santa Ana (#10, 0-6). Ahuachapan can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-4 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Chikwem-Stanley has a very solid season. In 5 games in El Salvador he scored 16.0ppg.
