Canada outscored Chile to advance into the title game in Aysen. Canada eked out a 27:19 halftime lead. Chile though cut the distance to 2 points at the final break. But Canada held their opponents to just 2 points in the fourth term to secure the victory. Isaline Alexander (188-C-03) provided 16 points and 13 rebounds, while Rosalie Mercille (171-G-03) added 11 points for the North American side. Chile answered with 15 points and 13 rebounds from Fernanda Ovalle (175-G-03).

USA marched past Puerto Rico into the championship game. USA dominated from start to finish. They accumulated a 41:20 halftime lead. They went on a 37:6 run in the third term to clear off for good. Lauren Betts (201-C-03) produced 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Janiah Barker (190-F-03) added 15 points and 13 rebounds in the win. Nina De Leon (165-G-03) replied with 7 points for Puerto Rico.
