Canada stormed past Colombia to earn the title game berth. Canada silenced their opponents with a 17-0 run in the first period. The North American team extended the lead to 30 points at halftime and cruised to the win in the second half. Portia Reisen (172-G-2010) finished with 15 points, while Avery Arije (179-F-2009) added 13 points for Canada. Sara Murillo (185-F-2011) answered with 8 points for Colombia.

USA crushed hosting Mexico to enter the Final in Irapuato. USA went on a 57-23 first half run to clear off. They added 55 points in the second half to race to the victory. Ivana Wilson-Manyacka (185-F-2009, college: USA NT U16) notched 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists, while Tatianna Griffin (180-G-2010) added 15 points for USA. Belen Velazquez (169-G-2009) replied with 14 points for Mexico.
