Cuba - Saint Vincent 86:58
Cuba registered the second consecutive victory at the CBC Championship. They defeated Saint Vincent to stay on top of Group A. William Granda (189-SG-85) netted 19 points in the victory.
Cuba recorded an 18:14 lead after the first frame. They maintained the lead throughout the second term. Cuba accounted for a 40:31 halftime lead. The margin kept on growing throughout the third term. Cuba piled up a 14-point advantage heading into the final stanza. They finished the game on a 24:10 rally to seal a comfortable victory. Joan Luis Haiti (200-C-82) had 16 points, while Jasul Rivero (203-F/C-93) added 13 points for the winning side. Nyika Williams (203-F/C-87, college: Pacific) and John Gardiner (203-C-83, college: Sam Houston St.) responded with 17 points each for Saint Vincent.

Antigua - Bahamas 90:68
Antigua registered the first victory at the CBC Championship. They knocked down Bahamas to catch up with their opponents in Group A ladder. Ernest Scott (201-F-82, college: Valdosta St.) unloaded 25 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to lead the winning side.
Bahamas and Antigua stayed close throughout the first period. The scoreboard read 20:20 after the opening frame. Antigua pulled ahead in the second stanza. They ensured a 40:37 halftime advantage. The gap grew deeper in the third term. Antigua entered the fourth frame up by 12 points and never looked back en route to the win. Mario Davis (198-F/G-80, college: Missouri Western) sank 13 points, while Sharife Sergeant (201-F) and Jerome Richardson had 12 points apiece in the win. Marvin Gray (178-G-83) responded with 18 points for Bahamas. Alonzo Hinds (180-G-84) netted 12 points in the loss.

Group B
US Virgin Islands - Guyana 95:75
US Virgin Islands claimed the second straight victory at the CBC Championship. They knocked down Guyana to remain on top of Group B. Aaron Brown (196-F-92) stepped up with 19 points to lead the charge. US Virgin Islands unleashed 29 points in the first frame gaining a 15-point lead. They stretched the gap at 22-point mark at the interval. Guyana exploded with 50 points after the long break but could not avoid a heavy defeat at the end. Devon Peltier (180-PG-87, college: CS Fullerton) scored 15 points, while Jamaal Samuel added 10 points for the winners. Rawle Marshall (201-SF-82, agency: Beo Basket, college: Oakland) answered with 23 points for Guyana. Andrew Ifill (197-F-79) delivered 14 points in the loss.

British Virgin Islands - Barbados 81:77
British Virgin Islands secured the second consecutive victory at the start of the CBC Championship. They knocked down Barbados to remain perfect at home tournament. Randy George (200-F-81, college: Henderson St.) accounted for 19 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.
British Virgin Islands ensured a quick start to the game. They posted a 25:10 lead ten minutes into the game. The margin grew at 20-point mark at halftime 47:27. But Barbados turned the tables in the second half. The visitors pulled within 9 points at the final intermission. Barbados exploded with 24 points in the fourth frame and stopped just short of victory at the end. Halstead Chiverton (193-G-82, college: Clinton CC, NY) had 15 points, while Kennedy Bass added 14 points for the hosts. Akeem Marsh (206-F/C-87) responded with 21 points for Barbados. Keefe Birkett had 12 points in the loss.
