Forward Hector Chur (179-F) put on an amazing game in the last round for Club Force, receiving a Interperformances Liga Metropolitana Player of the Week award for round 7. The player was the main contributor (34 points, nine rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to crush Villa Nueva (#7, 1-3) with 16-point margin 85-69. In the team's last game Chur had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range and got seven three-pointers out of 15 attempts. He turned to be Club Force's top player in his first season with the team. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.0ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 9.7rpg and 5.3apg.
Third on the list of top players last round was Miguel Giron (95) of Villa Nueva (#7). Giron scored 23 points and grabbed ten rebounds. Despite Giron's great performance Villa Nueva lost 69-85 to slightly higher-ranked Club Force (#5, 2-2). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Villa Nueva can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-3 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Too bad for Giron he does not play for a better team. But maybe if he did, his season stats would not be that high. Giron has a very solid season. In 4 games in Guatemala he scored 16.0ppg.

He had the game-high 24 points adding seven rebounds and six assists for ELOHIM in his team's victory, helping them to beat Villa Nueva (#5, 1-2) 85-76. It allowed ELOHIM to take over top position in the Guatemalan Liga Metropolitana. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but ELOHIM already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Cano had a remarkable six three-pointers out of 9 attempts. It's his second year at ELOHIM and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Cano has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (3rd best: 20.7ppg), assists (6th best: 4.3apg) and averages solid 2.7spg,72.2% FGP and 50.0% from behind 3-point line.

Aquino is one of the most experienced players at Laminas C. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.
