The most important game of round 4 took place in between two undefeated teams where PSM crushed Huehuetenango (2-1) 75-48 on Saturday night. Quiche defeated Momostenango on its own court 75-74. Winless Quetzaltenango was smashed by Suchitepequez in a road game 84-63. Winless Panajachel lost to defending champion Solola at home 23-112.
