Undefeated St. Lucia have an impressive 13-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-0 record. Tecpan lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh place with ten games lost. They share the position with Jalapa. St. Lucia are looking forward to face Amatitlan P. (#5) in the next round. Tecpan will play against Jutiapa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

PSM will play against Panajachel (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Quiche will play against Suchitepequez and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game in supposed to be also quite interesting. Top-ranked Solola (11-0) played at the court of 5th ranked Suchitepequez (8-5). Solola smashed Suchitepequez 108-52 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Suchitepequez. Undefeated Solola have an impressive 11-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 11-0 record having 2 victories less than leader PSM. Suchitepequez at the other side keeps the fifth place with five games lost. Solola will meet at home Quetzaltenango (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Suchitepequez will play against Quiche and hope to secure a win.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 14: Jalapa was destroyed by Chimaltenango on the opponent's court 81-58. Antigua FC outscored Jutiapa in a home game 78-49. Panajachel was rolled over San Lucas on the road 69-37. Quetzaltenango was defeated by Salcaja on its own court 63-79.

Chimaltenango - Jalapa 81-58

Rather expected game when 7th ranked Jalapa (3-10) was crushed on the road by fourth ranked Chimaltenango (10-3) 81-58 on Saturday. Chimaltenango moved-up to third place, which they share with Izabal. Jalapa at the other side keeps the seventh position with ten games lost. They share it with Tecpan. Chimaltenango will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Jalapa will play against the league's second-placed Antigua FC (#2) and hope to secure a win.

Antigua FC - Jutiapa 78-49

Rather predictable result when third ranked Antigua FC (10-2) smashed at home 6th ranked Jutiapa (3-9) 78-49 on Saturday. Antigua FC moved-up to second place. Jutiapa lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with nine games lost. Antigua FC will meet Jalapa (#7) on the road in the next round where they are favorite.
