Forza outrebounded PSN 52-29 including a 23-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. Enrique Samayoa (196-1982) had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Luis del Cid (183-1986) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Five Forza players scored in double figures. Herlin Rodriguez responded with 21 points and 4 assists and Cesar Catalan (-2007) scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. PSN's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

Halcones players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Point guard David Monterroso (180-1979) notched 18 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and the former international swingman Miguel Gonzalez (187-1990) supported him with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Halcones players scored in double figures. Even 29 points by American Ramon Hernandez (180) did not help to save the game for USAC. Forward Victor Sosa (190-1988) added 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the hosts.
