Huehuetenango will play at home against San Jose (#9) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
The game in Puerto de San Jose supposed to be also worth to mention about. Third ranked PSM (6-2) played at the court of 8th ranked San Jose (1-8). PSM smashed San Jose 81-37. PSM maintains third place with 6-2 record behind leader Solola. San Jose lost their fifth game in a row. They dropped to the ninth position with eight games lost. They share it with Jutiapa. PSM will play against Nahuala (#7) at home in the next round. San Jose will play against Huehuetenango to get more than just one victory in their record.

Amatitlan P. will meet at home league's second-placed Izabal in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Baja Veraoaz - Jalapa 77-58
