Kevin Mickle (ex Al Jubaiha) joins Al Ahli

Al Ahli Sports Club Doha (QBL) agreed terms with 30-year old American (has also USA-Guyanese passport) forward Kevin Mickle (201cm-100kg-1993, college: Ohio) for new 2024 season.

He was the top scorer at Al Jubaiha in Jordanian Premier League last season where in 16 games he was league's fourth best scorer with impressive 20.4ppg and averaged 11.5rpg (leader !!!), 2.5apg, 2.1spg (in top 3) and 1.1bpg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week.

He is quite experienced player. Mickle's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in six different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Germany (Eagles), Puerto Rico (Grises), Spain (Cornella), Switzerland (Nyon) and The Basketball Tournament (Ohio 1804).

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team won A-Sun Regular Season in 2017. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German 2.Bundesliga Pro B Honorable Mention back in 2019.

He graduated from Ohio University in 2018 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player. He played for other colleges like: Florida Gulf Coast University, Broward College, Central Connecticut State University.
