Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (LBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 32-year old Haitian 208cm center Cady Lalanne (college: UMass). He played recently at KCC Egis in South Korean KBL league. In 26 games he recorded very impressive stats: 20.2ppg, 9.0rpg, 1.7apg and 1.0bpg last season. Good year as he was voted League Player of the Week. He also played 2 games in East Asia Super League where he averaged remarkable 29.0ppg, 13.0rpg, 3.5apg, 1.0spg and 3.0bpg. The last summer he was tested by Sagesse.
In 2015 he was drafted by San Antonio Spurs (NBA) in second round (55th overall). He graduated from University of Massachusetts and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball.
Lalanne is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in ten different countries. He has played previously professionally in China (Golden Bulls), Italy (Brindisi), Kuwait (Kuwait), Puerto Rico (Capitanes and Piratas), Spain (BAXI Manresa and Longevida San Pablo Burgos), Turkey (Besiktas), NBA G League (Austin Spurs), The Basketball Tournament (Armored Athlete) and Big3 (Trilogy).
