Andorra inks Yves Pons

Yves Pons

MoraBanc Andorra (Liga Endesa) signed 26-year-old French-Haitian forward Yves Pons (200cm-94kg-1999, college: Tennessee) for the upcoming 2025-26 season. He played last season at Basquet Girona. In 16 Liga Endesa games in Spain, he had 5.5ppg and 2.7rpg.
He is a very experienced player. Pons has also played professionally in the USA, France (ASVEL Lyon Villeurbanne Basket), NBA (Memphis Grizzlies), NBA Summer League (Atlanta Hawks and Brooklyn Nets), and NBA G League (Memphis Hustle).
In 2023, his team won the French Leaders Cup. In 2021, he was also part of the SEC All-Tournament Team and a Naismith Defensive Player of the Year Semifinalist.
Pons graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2021, and it will be his fifth season as a pro player.
