Phil Henry
BK 04 AC LB Spisska Nova Ves (SBL) agreed terms with 25-year old American (has also Jamaican passport) power forward Phil Henry (203-107kg-91, college: E.New Mexico, agency: Global Sports Plaza). He played last season at Al Salam in Saudi Arabian SBL league. In 7 games he had very impressive stats: 27.0ppg and 13.0rpg. Henry also spent pre-season at Isover Basket Azuqueca in EBA that year where in three games he recorded also remarkable stats: 15.7ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.7spg. The other team he played that season for was Cactus Tbilisi (A League) in Georgia. In 9 games he averaged 13.3ppg, 9.0rpg and 1.2apg.
Henry has played also professionally in ABA (Bronx Holy Flames).
He attended Eastern New Mexico University until 2014 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
Henry could be described: Philip Henry is a 203cm athletic Power Forward coming out of NCAA2 as one of the best shot blockers (record holder of single season block shots at E.New Mexico). But playing hard defense is not his only strength on the basketball court. Phil can also shoot nicely from all positions, especially his mid-range jump shot. Due to his athleticism he is quick enough to defend Small Forwards and strong enough to defend Centers as well.

BK 04 AC LB Spisska Nova Ves roster for 2016-2017:

Guards:
Daniel Lenart
Aleksa Solevic
Lukas Krajnak
Matej Majercak

Forwards:
Tomas Osvald
Phil Henry
Andrej Ovciarik
Vladimir Hovanak
Adam Antoni

Center:
Michal Dolnik

Coach: David Demecko
