Panionios add Johnson to their roster

Jose-Ann Johnson

Panionios GSS Athens (A1) added to their roster 24-year old Jamaican-Canadian center Jose-Ann Johnson (193-93, college: Duquesne). She played last season at Visby Ladies in Swedish Damligan. In 25 games she recorded 10.8ppg, 6.7rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2bpg.
Johnson's team made it to the Atlantic 10 Tournament Semifinals in 2015.
She graduated from University of Duquesne in 2015 and it is her third season as a professional player.
On Johnson: Jose is a 193cm (6'4') Canadian post player. She is a very strong - athletic player that can score with very good movements inside the paint. A good rebounder that can dominate in offense and defense. She is good defender and fights for every possession. She is coming from a very good programm of Duqsuenne Dukes and was a starter in her senior year. Jose was the 38th best post player in N.America by ESPN HoopGurlz and was selected in the top five players in the Greater Toronto Area.
