RYAN MARTIN

Bakken Bears (BasketLigaen) signed 26-year old British-Jamaican forward Ryan Martin (206-102kg-91, college: Tenn Tech). He played last season at NPC Rieti in Italian Serie A2. In two games he had 9.0ppg, 7.5rpg, 1.5apg and 1.0spg. Martin also played for BC Prievidza in Slovakian SBL that season where in 34 games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.1ppg, 8.0rpg and 1.6apg. Great season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League 3rd Team and All-Imports Team.
His team was regular season runner-up in OVC East Division in 2016.
Martin represented United Kingdom at the European Championships U20 Division B in Austria eight years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: 4.0ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.0apg.
Martin has played also professionally in France (STB Le Havre and Provence Basket) and United Kingdom (Hackney White Heat).
He attended Tennessee Tech University until 2016 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
