Rio Ourense Termal (LEB Gold) inked Jamaican-Canadian guard Javon Masters (183, agency: Blacktop Management). Masters just graduated from University of New Brunswick. In 22 games he was second best scorer with impressive 23.7ppg and recorded 5.7rpg, 5.3apg and 2.0spg last season. He helped them to win AUS Tournament. A very good season in his career as he was awarded All-AUS Player of the Year, All-AUS All-Tournament MVP and selected to U Sports All-Canadian 1st Team.
Among other achievements Masters won CIS Canadian Scoring championship title in 2017. He received also AUS Conference Player of the Year award in 2017.
So his pro career will start in Spain.
Masters' game is described as: Sits alone as the most prolific scorer in Canadian University history, having topped the record books midway through his senior season. Javon is a relentless playmaker that plays with a chip on his shoulder and wears his heart on his sleeve. LEFT handed. Loves finishing with both left and right hand with a robust layup package. Slick ball handler and pull up jumper is a weapon. Pitbull on both sides of the ball. Rare talent who also sacrifices his body for defensive charges many times per game.

Rio Ourense Termal roster for 2018-2019:

Santiago Vidal
Alfredo Ott
Jhornan Zamora
