Gidden re-signs at Campus Promete

LFB newcomer Campus Promete Logrono confirmed in their roster experienced 34-year old Jamaican forward Vanessa Gidden (192-85, college: Hofstra). She has played there for the last two seasons. She helped them to win the LF2 title. A very spectacular season in her career as she was selected Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LF2 Co-Import Player of the Year, Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LF2 Co-Player of the Year and Forward of the Year. Gidden was a member of Jamaican Senior National Team between 2007 and 2013.
She is quite experienced player. Gidden has played also professionally in Finland (HoNsU), Israel (Ramla and Petah Tikva), Italy (Alcamo), Poland, Romania, Turkey and WNBA (Minnesota Lynx) and Spain (Perfumerias Avenida, Argon Uni Girona and Araski).
She attended Hofstra University until 2007 and it will be her 13th (hopefully lucky) (!!!) season as a professional player.
