Kumanovo adds Wright to their roster

Ryan Wright

KK-Kumanovo-2009 (Prva Liga) added to their roster experienced 36-year old Canadian-Jamaican power forward Ryan Wright (205cm-111kg-1987, college: Oklahoma, agency: BIG). Wright started the season at Levski in Bulgarian NBL league. In 20 games he had 4.8ppg and 4.5rpg. He also played 7 games in Balkan League where he recorded 7.1ppg, 5.9rpg and 1.1apg.
Wright is quite experienced player. Wright's career allowed him to visit six different continents, while he played in eighteen different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, Africa and of course North America. Wright has played previously professionally in Australia (Wanneroo), Bahrain (Al-Ahli), China, Finland (Namika Lahti and Kataja), Hungary (Szolnok, PVSK-Veolia and Vasas), Kosovo (Trepca), Mexico, Poland (Anwil), Russia (Universitet-Yugra Surgut), Singapore (Singapore Slingers), Taiwan (Taiwan Mobile), Turkey (Gelisim and Karesi Spor), Ukraine, Venezuela, Angola (Interclube), South Korea (Suwon KT Sonicboom), Dominican Republic (Indios) and Canada (Niagara and Ottawa). His team won Pac-2010 Regular Season in 2006 and 2007.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Finnish Korisliiga Honorable Mention back in 2015.
It's very possible he may end his playing career at Kumanovo.
He graduated from University of Oklahoma in 2010 and it is his 13th (hopefully lucky) (!!!) season as a professional player.
