Willesley Butler

Umea BSKT (Basketligan) confirmed in their roster 26-year-old American (has also Jamaican passport) forward Willesley Butler (203cm-111kg-1996, college: UAB) for the upcoming 2023-24 season. Butler has played there for the last two seasons. He helped them to make it to the semifinals.

Butler has played also professionally in Spain (Huesca).

The list of his past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Swedish Basketligan Honorable Mention in 2022.

He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. Butler played also for Pensacola State College for 2 years.
