Williams inks at Monthey at the beginning of his pro career

BBC Monthey (SBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old Jamaican center Warren Williams (206-F-1998, college: Hofstra) (206cm-112kg-1998) for season 2023-24. Williams just graduated from Hofstra (NCAA). In 30 games he recorded 8.0ppg, 4.7rpg and 1.3bpg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. and they also made it to the NIT Sweet 16.
Williams started his college career at Manhattan College (NCAA). Then he moved to Hofstra University (NCAA). Williams' high school career he had spent at St. Benedict's Preparatory School in Newark, NJ.
He also represented Jamaica at the State Championship six years ago.
Of course it will be his first season as a professional player.
