Brynton Lemar (ex AEK) signs at H.Jerusalem

Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem (Winner League) landed 28-year old American (has also Jamaican passport) 193cm guard Brynton Lemar (college: UC Davis) for upcoming season. Lemar played most recently at AEK Athens in Greek GBL league. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 8 GBL games he averaged 11.5ppg, 2.6rpg, 2.9apg and 1.0spg. Lemar also played 6 games in Basketball Champions League where he had very impressive stats: 15.7ppg, 2.7rpg, 2.0apg and 1.7spg. The other team he played that season for was Le Mans in French Betclic ELITE ProA. In 10 games he recorded 8.8ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.5apg. He helped them to make it to the French Leaders Cup Semifinals.
Lemar is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Hungary (Sopron KC), Italy (Reggio Emilia), Poland (Start), Russia (Enisey), Turkey (Gaziantep) and France (Caen and Sluc Nancy).
Among many awards Lemar's college team won Big West Tournament in 2017. Lemar was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Honorable Mention back in 2019.
He graduated from University of California - Davis in 2017 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
