Lawrence Foreman will continue his college career at Fighting Hawks

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore has selected 23-year-old Jamaican 6-9 forward Lawrence Foreman for the new season. The Kingston native previously played for St. Thomas Aquinas College (NCAA Division II) for the last two years. In 30 games last season, he averaged 5.7ppg and 5.8rpg.
He played at Rider University between 2020-21 and then at Cochise College during 2021-22. His team won ACCAC Regular Season Co-Championship in 2022. He helped his team make it to the NJCAA D1 West District Finals that year.
Foreman graduated from Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT) in 2020, where he transferred to from Windsor High.
He was a member of the Jamaican U17 National Team in 2017.
Among many awards, Spartans won the ECC Regular Season Championship in the last two consecutive years. His team also won the ECC Tournament for the last two seasons.
