BK Iskra Svit (Nike SBL) has agreed terms with Jamaican forward Jordan Kellier (196cm-100kg) for the upcoming 2024-25 season. He is the second foreign player on the roster, with USA Core'von Lott having signed earlier. Kellier recently graduated from W.Chester (NCAA2), where he averaged 12.8ppg, 10.7rpg, 2.6apg, and 1.1spg in 30 games last season.
"I've done my research on the club. Since I heard about Svit, I watched a lot of games from last season. My expectations and goals are simple, to win games, to learn as much as I can from my coaches and teammates and to be the best version of myself for my teammates and coaches," Kellier said immediately after signing the contract.
He started his college career at Williston State College (JUCO) before transferring to the University of Utah (NCAA). Kellier spent his high school career at Redemption Christian Prep in Northfield, MA.
As mentioned above, he is just out of college and it will be his first full season as a pro. He was voted to All-PSAC East Division Defensive Player of the Year in 2024. Kellier played for other colleges such as Siena College, University of Utah, and Williston State College.
