Dinamo Bucuresti inks Shaquille Keith

Dinamo Bucuresti (Liga Nationala) signed 31-year old Canadian-Jamaican ex-international forward Shaquille Keith (198cm-104kg-1993, college: Cape Breton). He played last season at Caneros in LNB league in Dominican Republic. In 11 games he had 6.0ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.5apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. The last season he played at BC Siauliai (LKL) in Lithuanian league. Keith also played 20 games in Lithuanian LKL where he recorded 10.7ppg, 3.2rpg, 2.0apg and 1.4spg. He contributed to his team making it to the Lithuanian Cup Semifinals.
In 2015 (two years after he left the college) he was drafted by Raptors 905 (D-League) in fifth round (86th overall).
Keith attended Cape Breton University (U Sports) until 2013 and it is his twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball. He was a member of Canadian Senior National Team between 2017 and 2018.
Keith is quite experienced player. He has played in seven different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Keith has played previously professionally also in Canada (Toronto 3D, Windsor Express, Highlanders, St.John's E. and Bandits), Finland (Pyrinto), Hungary (Atomeromu), Lithuania (Prienu KKSC), Taiwan (Fubon Braves) and Peru (Regatas). He was Eurobasket.com European North Basketball League All-Tournament Team in 2024.
