Forbes graduated from Auburn University in 2012 and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball. He was a member of Jamaican Senior National Team between 2009 and 2014. Forbes is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in twelve different countries playing on five different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, Australian and of course North American leagues. Forbes has played previously professionally in Bahrain (Al-Muharraq), Dominican Republic (Metros, Pueblo Nuevo and Titanes), France (Cognac BB), Indonesia (Pelita Jaya), Japan (Five Arrows), New Zealand (Airs), Philippines (Warriors and Alab Pilipinas), Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli), Jamaica (Storm), NBA G League (Grand Rapids Gold) and Bolivia (CAN Potosi). Among many awards Forbes' team made it to the SPB Semifinals in 2023. He was voted to All-Eurobasket Summer League in Las Vegas Honorable Mention back in 2019.
