Defending champion New Taipei Kings (TPBL) landed 29-year old American (has also Jamaican passport) 206cm power forward Femi Olujobi (college: DePaul, agency: Slash Sports). He played recently at Altiri Chiba in Japanese B1 League. In 12 games he averaged 9.4ppg and 3.4rpg this season. He also played for another Japanese team Magic (B1 League). The other team he played shortly was Braves (PLeague+).
Olujobi, a very experienced player, has experienced life in seven different countries playing on four different continents thanks to pro basketball. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, and North American leagues. Olujobi has played professionally in France (Le Portel), Lithuania (Lietkabelis), Puerto Rico (Indios), North Macedonia (MZT Skopje), Taiwan (Steelers), and The Basketball Tournament (Program for Autism).
He played in the final of The Basketball Tournament in 2022 and was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Taiwanese PLeague+ Honorable Mention in 2023.
Olujobi graduated from De Paul University in 2019 and is currently in his seventh season in pro basketball. He has also played for other colleges such as North Carolina A&T State University and Oakland University.
