GECR Indalo - Correcaminos 54-60
Correcaminos clinched the second consecutive victory in Group C and therefore booked their next round ticket. They prevailed against GECR Indalo to stay undefeated. Jaime Lloreda (204-C/F-80, college: LSU, agency: Paris Global Sports) finished with 15 points and 6 boards to pace the Panamanian team. Correcaminos and GECR Indalo were knotted up at 27 heading into the second half. They were still tied entering the final period. However Correcaminos held their opponents to just 8 points in the fourth period to celebrate key victory. Trevor Gaskins (188-G-89, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Pro Sports) chipped in 14 points for the hosts. Carlos Schattmann (193-SG-87) responded with 17 points for GECR Indalo.

Aguilas - Flamengo 60-75
Flamengo fired past Aguilas for the second straight victory in Panama City. Marquinhos Vieira (207-SF-84) posted 21 points to lead the Brazilian team. Aguilas raced to a 33:25 halftime lead. However Flamengo bounced back with a 26:9 run in the third term to spur ahead. They fired 24 points in the fourth period and iced the victory. Marcelo Machado (201-SG-75, agency: Interperformances) delivered 14 points, while Joao Paulo Batista (205-C/F-81, college: Gonzaga) finished with 10 points in the win. Jonathan Rodriguez (196-F-87, college: Campbell) responded with 28 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for Aguilas.

FINAL San Lorenzo - Mogi 79-71 San Lorenzo celebrated Liga Americas title. They beat Mogi das Cruzes in the championship game. It looked good early as Mogi took a 5-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then San Lorenzo had a 20-13 second period charge getting the lead and Mogi was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 71-79. San Lorenzo and Mogi das Cruzes will clash for Liga Americas title in Buenos Aires tonight. They claimed victories in the respective semifinals on Saturday. San Lorenzo cruised past Estudiantes Concordia 101:78. Gabriel Deck (199-F-95) stepped up with 30 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort. San Lorenzo built a 42:34 halftime lead.
