They prevailed against Jaguares de Peten in the final game at the tournament to clinch the trophy with a perfect 3-0 record. Manuel Antonio Narvaez (211-C-81, agency: Paris Global Sports, college: S.Nazarene) stepped up with 24 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Nicaraguan team. Leones unleashed 25 points in the first period to secure a 3-point lead. They went on a 28:19 run in the second quarter to take a 53:41 halftime advantage. Managua held the hosts to just 13 points in the third term to secure a comfortable 18-point cushion at the final break. They went for 24 points in the fourth quarter and sealed the victory. George Williams stepped up with 18 points to pace the Belizian team. San Pedro jumped to a 29:14 lead after the opening quarter. Exsal slowed their opponents down in the second period. The El Salvador team pulled within 11 points at halftime 36:47. The Tigersharks were back in control in the third quarter. They unleashed 26 points to gain a 24-point buffer before the final stanza. San Pedro sank 22 points in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Andrew Ortiz delivered 14 points for the winners. Ernesto Oglivie (199-F-89) responded with 25 points and 13 rebounds for Exsal. Orlando Ortega (196-F-81) had 21 points and 18 boards in the loss.
