Worth to mention a great performance of Eduardo Vasirani who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 7 rebounds. point guard Emiliano Lezcano (187-2001) contributed with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. Forward Claudio Ramirez (200-1990) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and Pablo Gramajo (193-1996) added 11 points and 5 assists in the effort for Regatas. The standout center Eduardo Vasirani picked up the Final Four MVP of the championship-winning Ferrocarril Oeste Buenos Aires from Argentina. He received multiple other awards, was named the Most Valuable Player and was voted to the First Team. With Vasirani's outstanding performance, the Ferrocarril Oeste Buenos Aires achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 3 to 0 in the regular season and 3 to 0 in the Round of 16. Vasirani's excellent performance assisted his team in beating the Regatas 85 to 68 in the final. He has totalled 6 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 5 games on the year. Purifoy's 28 points against Obera were the most he scored in the 2025 season. As you can see the league is dominated by ex-college players where 9 out of 10 best scorers graduated U.S. schools. Purifoy's team won the Portuguese Hugo dos Santos Cup earlier this year.
