Brazil is the winner of Marchand Cup 2011. The host of this event outplayed Puerto Rico 89-79 for perfect 3-0 record. Puerto Rico finished as No.2 with 2-1 score. Dominican Republic avoided last place in Brazil. In the last day of the Marchand Cup 2011 Dominicans grabbed 64-62 win against Canada to end as third ranked team at this event with 1-2 record. Canada is No.4 with no win (0-3). Francisco Garcia (201-F/G-81, college: Louisville) led the scorers in Dominican Republic with 18 points. Jack Michael Martinez (203-F/C-81, agency: Paris Global Sports) was their best player with 16 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. He reached valuation 19. Luis Flores (188-G-81, college: Manhattan) helped the winners with 10 points. On the other side, Canada got 18 points and 5 rebounds from Carl English (192-G-81, college: Hawaii).
