The Liga de Basquetbol Estatal de Chihuahua (LBE) is the third-tier basketball league in Mexico. LBE was established in 2000.
The LBE sits above the Circuito Mexicano de Basquetbol which effectively forms the fourth-tier of Mexican basketball.
At the end of regular season, top 4 teams qualify to the play-offs.
