CIBACOPA 2014 ALL STAR GAME - Apr 29, 2014

CIBACOPA hosted its 2014 All Star game at Hermosillo Sonora this past Sunday April 28th and it was a great success. Teams were divided in North and South divisions and selected by the league based on their performance. The slam dunk contest was won by rookie . The three point contest belonged to back to back champion O'Louis McCullough (198-G/F-82, college: Francis Marion). He took the award in last year's game and was a finalist the year before. The game got off to a slow start, until the North eventually took over at the end. Top performers were back to back to back game MVP Louis McCullough and Rayos Center Reginald Larry . The league also presented the MVP award for the top player from the 2013 season. That award went to Mexican American Guard Steve Monreal (180-PG-86, college: CS Monterey)from Rayos de Hermosillo. Monreal was pivotal in the team's quest for their championship last year.
