Gambusinos ink Victor Alvarez

Gambusinos de Fresnillo (LNBP) agreed terms with 30-year old international point guard Victor Alvarez (183cm-1996). He played this summer at Astros in the CIBACOPA. In 49 games just recently he had 5.0ppg, 1.6rpg and 2.0apg. LNBP will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. Alvarez also played 8 games in BCL Americas where just recently he recorded only 2.9ppg, 1.9rpg, 2.6apg and 1.0spg.
He has also been a member of the Mexican international program for some years. Alvarez has regularly played for the Mexican senior team since 2018 and previously for the University National Team in 2017.
He also represented Mexico at the Panamerican Games in Santiago (Chile) three years ago.
Alvarez has played previously for seven other teams: Dorados, Soles, Dorados, Centauros, Vaqueros, Ostioneros de Guaymas, and Centauros.
