Langston's double-double lands him LNBP Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

33-year old American power forward Wayne Langston (203-F/C-1993) put on an amazing game in the last round for Fuerza Regia Monterrey and receives a Hoops Agents LNBP Player of the Week award for round 12.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds, while his team edged out Freseros (#12, 3-7) 101-100. Fuerza Regia maintains the 4th position in Mexican LNBP. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Fuerza Regia will need more victories to improve their 7-3 record. Langston turned to be Fuerza Regia's top player in his first season with the team. Wayne Langston averages this season 12.7ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Elias King (203-G-2000) of Lobos Puebla. He is American guard in his first season at Lobos. In the last game King recorded an impressive 37 points and 4 rebounds. Of course he led Lobos to another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked Dorados (#2, 7-3) 104-77. Lobos' 7th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 5-5 record is not bad and everything may still change. King is a newcomer at Lobos and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Christian Coleman (203-G-2000) of Correcaminos UAT Victoria (#14). Coleman scored 26 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Despite Coleman's great performance the Correcaminos lost 99-108 to the higher-ranked El Calor (#11, 4-6). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Correcaminos can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have extremely bad season and 1-8 record places them at the very bottom of the standings. Coleman has a very solid season. In 4 games in Mexico he scored 17.8ppg.
