Trey Drechsel produced 21 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Lobos. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Mineros. Loser Diablos keep the eleventh position with eight games lost. They share it with Gambusinos and El Calor. Lobos will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Diablos will play again against Lobos (#5) and hope to secure a win.
There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 13: El Calor lost to Freseros on the opponent's court 89-93. Dorados managed to outperform Abejas in a home game 97-81. Gambusinos managed to beat Fuerza Regia on the road 82-74. Freseros defeated El Calor on its own court 80-76. Gambusinos were smashed by Fuerza Regia in Monterrey 106-82.
