Dayshalee Salaman
Lobas del Estado de Mexico (LIBAFEM) agreed terms with 26-year old Puerto Rican ex-international point guard Dayshalee Salaman (163-90, college: Lincoln Memorial). She played last summer at Cangrejeras de Santurce in Puerto Rican BSNF. In four games she had 13.8ppg, 3.8rpg and 3.3apg. Salaman also played at Atenienses (BSNF) in Puerto Rico that season. In 12 games she recorded 12.3ppg, 3.0rpg and 5.8apg. Quite impressive season as she was named to Latinbasket.com All-Puerto Rican BSNF 2nd Team and to the All-Star Game.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others she won Puerto Rican BSNF championship title in 2013. Salaman was also voted Latinbasket.com All-Puerto Rican BSNF Most Improved Player of the Year in 2014. She represented Puerto Rico at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Veracruz (Mexico) two years ago. Salaman's team won Silver and her stats at that event were 4 games: 3.3ppg.
Salaman has played also professionally in Puerto Rico for Leonas.
She attended Lincoln Memorial University until 2010 and it will be her sixth season as a professional player.
