#1. This week's number one is an international power forward Gustavo Ayon (207-85, college: San Jose St., currently plays in Spain). He led Real Madrid to a 2-point victory against the ninth-ranked Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (11-15) 101-99 in a derby game in the Spanish Liga Endesa in Sunday night's game. Ayon had a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 13 rebounds. He also added 5 blocks in 26 minutes on the court. Real Madrid (18-7) is placed fourth in the Liga Endesa. This year Ayon averages: 9.3ppg, 6.4rpg, 1.9apg, 2FGP: 65.7%(90-137) and FT: 68.6% in 23 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Mexican senior national team.

He scored 10 points, had 8 boards, dished 4 assists and stole 5 balls in 31 minutes. It's Gutierrez's first season with the team. This year Gutierrez's overall stats are: 9.4ppg, 4.8rpg, 4.6apg, 1.7spg, 2FGP: 51.1%, 3FGP: 24.1% and FT: 62.5% in 14 games.
