Mexico U16 have won Central American U16 Championship in Guatemala. They posted 5 straight wins to seal the trophy. In the last game Mexico U16 smashed Guatemala U16 122-42. Esteban ROACHO top-scored for the winners with 27 points and Bryan Ceballos netted 18. Nicolas MEZA delivered 16, whilst Ivan Bernal (193-F-81) had 14. Christopher Estrada replied with 14 points for Guatemala U16.

TIMAJH PARKER-RIVERA American Forward Timajh Parker-Rivera (202-F-94) had an amazing evening in the last round for Obregon, receiving a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 6. The 24-year old player had a double-double of 12 points and 21 rebounds, while his team beat Venados (#7, 5-7) 111-103. AKEEM SCOTT 35-year old shooting guard Akeem Scott (185-SG-83) had a very impressive game in the last round for Venados and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 5. He had the game-high 35 points adding five rebounds and five assists for Venados in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Tijuana (#1, 8-4) 93-90. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. The most exciting game of round 6 in the CIBACOPA took place in Ciudad Obregon. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 6th ranked Venados (5-7) to first ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (7-4) 85-83 on Wednesday evening.
