Eric Frederick (ex Echague) is a newcomer at Libertadores

Libertadores de Queretaro (LNBP) strengthened their roster with addition of 31-year old American forward Eric Frederick (203-104kg-88, college: Texas Wesleyan). He played most recently at Echague in Argentinian La Liga. In 24 La Liga Argentina games he recorded very impressive stats: 16.7ppg, 3.9rpg and 1.1apg last season.
The previous (2018) summer Frederick played at Guerreros (National League) in Ecuadorian league where in 6 games he averaged remarkable 23.3ppg, 4.8rpg, 1.5apg and 1.3spg in 2018 season. He also played for Frayles de Guasave (CIBACOPA). Great season indeed as he was voted to Mexican CIBACOPA All-Star Game.
Among other achievements Frederick's team made it to the Ecuadorian National League Semifinals in 2018. He received also All-NAIA D1 1st Team award back in 2012 at his college time.
Frederick has played previously professionally in Canada (Halifax Rainmen, London Lightning, Windsor Express and Montreal Jazz) and Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli Jeddah).
He attended Texas Wesleyan University until 2012 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
