Culiacan signs Steven Pledger

Caballeros de Culiacan (CIBACOPA) signed 29-year old American guard Steven Pledger (193-102kg-90, college: Oklahoma). He just played at Boo Williams (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. Pledger missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
In 2013 Pledger was drafted by Reno Bighorns (D-League) in fourth round (53rd overall).
He attended University of Oklahoma and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
Pledger has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2013.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LNBP Honorable Mention in 2018.
Pledger is quite experienced player. He has played in six different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Pledger has played previously professionally in Canada (Halifax Rainmen), Finland (Kouvot), Lebanon (Tadamon), Mexico (Correcaminos, Tijuana Zonkeys, Abejas and Vaqueros), NBA G League (Texas Legends) and Mongolia (Dundgovi).
