Dorados sign Daniel Soto

Dorados de Chihuahua (LNBP) signed 29-year old naturalized American guard Daniel Soto (196-155kg-91, college: HIU). He played last season at Correcaminos. In 36 LNBP games he had 8.5ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.6apg.
The previous (2019) summer Soto played at Caballeros de Culiacan (CIBACOPA) where in 10 games he recorded 5.5ppg and 1.4rpg in 2019 season. He also spent pre-season at Gigantes (CIBACOPA). Soto was also tried-out by Capitanes (LBE).
Soto represented Mexico at the World University Games in Gwangju (South Korea) five years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: 5.6ppg, 3.9rpg, FGP: 43.5%, 3PT: 42.9%, FT: 76.9%.
Soto has played previously for three other teams: Pioneros Los Mochis, Panteras and Soles.
His college team won GSAC Tournament in 2015.
He attended Hope International University until 2015 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
