Sims re-signs at Aaguacateros

The previous (18-19) season he played at San Lorenzo (Argentinian La Liga) in Argentinian league where in 51 games he had 12.6ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.7apg, and 1.0spg. Sims contributed to his team winning the Argentinian La Liga title (in both Argentinian La Liga and Liga Americas !!!) and the Supercup. Quite an impressive season as he was named to Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian La Liga 2nd Team and All-Imports Team. Sims also played 8 games in Liga Americas where he recorded 7.6ppg, 1.0rpg, and 2.1apg. He contributed to his team winning the Basketball Champions League Americas.

In 2011 Sims was drafted by Reno Bighorns (D-League) as #4 pick overall.

The former Appalachian State University star is in his tenth season in pro basketball.

Sims is a quite experienced player. He has played in six different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America, and of course North America). Sims has played previously professionally in Belgium (Phoenix Brussels), Latvia (Ventspils), Ukraine (DniproAzot), Venezuela (Marinos and Llaneros), Argentina (Atenas and Regatas Corrientes) and NBA G League (Stockton Kings).
