Plateros de Fresnillo (LNBP) signed 30-year old American point guard Tyrone White (201-84kg-90, college: CSU Bakersfield). He played this summer at Jalisco (CIBACOPA). White managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). The last season White played at Trouville (Uruguayan LUB) in Uruguayan league where in four games he had very impressive stats: 18.5ppg, 5.3rpg and 3.3apg. He also played for CA Platense (Argentinian La Liga) in Argentinian league that season. In 6 Argentinian La Liga games he recorded 14.5ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.0apg. The other team White played that season for was Astros. In 36 LNBP games he averaged 12.5ppg, 3.4rpg and 2.4apg.

In 2014 (a year after he left the college) White was drafted by Rio Grande Valley Vipers (D-League) in third round (50th overall).

He attended California State University Bakersfield until 2013 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.

White is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Cyprus, Poland, Venezuela (Marinos and Bucaneros), Mexico (Aaguacateros, Fuerza Regia, Garra Canera de Navolato and Mantarrayas), Dominican Republic (Indios de San Francisco) and IBL (Salem S.).

The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others White won Independent championship title for two years in a row (2012 and 2013). He was also voted USBasket.com All-IBL 2nd Team back in 2014.
