Libertadores ink Jean Emmanuel Pierre-Charles, ex Ottawa

Libertadores de Queretaro (LNBP) agreed terms with 27-year old Canadian ex-international forward Jean Emmanuel Pierre-Charles (203-93, college: Ottawa). He played last summer at Ottawa Blackjacks in Canadian CEBL. In 8 games he had just 2.6ppg and 3.1rpg.
The most of last season Pierre-Charles spent at Santos (Mexican LNBP) where in 33 games he recorded 5.3ppg, 6.2rpg and 1.4apg. He also played for Santos that season. In 33 LNBP games he averaged 5.3ppg, 6.2rpg and 1.4apg.
Pierre-Charles was also a member of Canadian international program for some years. He played for Canadian Senior National Team two years ago and previously for University National Team in 2017.
Pierre-Charles also represented Canada at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast (Australia) two years ago. His team won Silver and his stats at that event were 6 games: 5.3ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.8spg, FGP: 44.8%, FT: 66.7%.
Pierre-Charles has played also professionally in Spain (Araberri). Pierre-Charles' team made it to the CEBL Summer Series Semifinals.
He was voted All-OUA 2nd Team in 2018 at his college time.
He attended University of Ottawa until 2018 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
