LNBP Round 17: Top-ranked Aaguacateros win another game- October 24, 2020
The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute surprises and upsets. The round 17 was rather boring as all games ended with very predictable results. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.
Libertadores - Panteras 126-122 No shocking result in a game when third ranked Libertadores (10-8) beat 5th ranked Panteras (5-13) in Queretaro 126-122. Libertadores made 26-of-29 charity shots (89.7 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Panteras' players. American Jordan Adams (196-94, college: UCLA) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals (was perfect 14-for-14 from the free throw line !!!) for the winners and his fellow American import guard Stedmon Lemon (198-92, college: JCSU) chipped in 24 points.
