Panteras de Aguascalientes (LNBP) added to their roster 29-year old American 185cm guard Gary Ricks, college: Drake. It is actually his comeback to Panteras as he has played here before. Ricks played last summer at Soles in the LBE. In 20 games he was the best scorer with impressive 24.5ppg and had 5.2rpg, 5.9apg (top 2) and 2.0spg (in top 2). He helped them to make it to the Mexican LBE final. A very spectacular season in his career as he was awarded Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LBE Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and voted to 1st Team.
He has played previously for four other teams: Toros, Tijuana Zonkeys, Halcones de Ciudad Obregon and Abejas.
Ricks attended Drake University until 2015 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
