Jordan's double-double lands him LNBP Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

35-year old forward Germain Jordan (198-F-86) put on an amazing game in the last round for Lenadores and receives a Hoops Agents LNBP Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had a double-double of 28 points and 10 rebounds, while his team edged out Plateros (#2, 2-2) 89-86. Thanks to this victory Lenadores moved-up to the 3rd position in Mexican LNBP. Lenadores is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-3 record. In the team's last game Jordan had a remarkable 61.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Lenadores' top player in his first season with the team. Dillard University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Jordan is in league's top in points (6th best: 22.0ppg) and averages solid 90.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Reyshawn Terry (203-F-84) of league's second-best Plateros. He is American forward in his first season at Plateros. In the last game Terry recorded impressive 35 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Plateros was edged by Lenadores (2-3) 89-86. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Terry is a newcomer at Plateros and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.5ppg (#2). He also registered 5.5 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Vander Blue (196-SG-92, agency: Shark Sports Management) of Libertadores (#5). Blue got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He went also for four assists. Despite Blue's great performance Libertadores lost 97-100 to Astros (1-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Libertadores not to end season at such low position in West, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Blue could try to bring Libertadores' a little bit higher in the standings. Blue has individually a great season in Mexico. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.7ppg (best scorer).
