Agua Prieta upset Indomables CJ on the road in the decider to pave their way into LBE Finals. Vaqueros shot 63.6 percent from the field. They also forced 21 Indomables turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 56.0 percentage. American forward Marvin Phillips (201-1983, college: Claflin) stepped up and scored 24 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and forward Juan Esteva Hernandez (198-1983) chipped in 20 points. American forward John Dickson (198-1990, college: Sacramento St.) responded with 23 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and the other American import Anthony Johnson (203-1988, college: Fairfield) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Indomables' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
